The Handyman Service is a team of experienced construction professionals. Instead of committing themselves to larger construction sites, our handymen remain flexible, dividing their time amongst a variety of smaller jobs. They are available at short notice for small to medium maintenance and remodeling projects.

What Do You Offer?

Let's say you simply want some new light fixtures installed. Hire a handyman for a single job with no complicated contract or extended commitment. Need someone to change the light bulbs in your new fixtures? Sign up for a yearly contract, pay a single subscription fee, and have a handyman on call for whatever comes up.

Per Job Services

Designed for those little jobs that come up only once a year, Per Job services cost a flat $60 per hour and can by payed with check or cash.

Subscription Services

Perfect for the house or office that needs a little TLC, subscription services offer a bi-yearly checkup and on-call services for emergency jobs. With a guaranteed response time, a subscription provides peace of mind when problems arise. Your subscription is even tailored for your needs:

  • 48-Hour Contract, with 48 hours of labor and a 12-hour response time. Cost: $2,690 per year
  • 24-Hour Contract, with 24 hours of labor and a 24-hour response time. Cost: $1,370 per year

Unused labor hours are non-refundable but do roll over into the next year’s contract. Please read over the subscription service contract for a more detailed description of coverage.
